Well, we like to say there's two types of costs for you to think about. We break it down into two costs.
Firstly, there's the initial Design & Development Fee. This will get the website up and running. Our premium packages Design & Development fee starts at $2000. That'll include everything and take you from our initial meeting, research, design, development, and all the manpower hours down to the minute your website goes live. Our Design & Development Fee may vary depending on your specific package.
Next, there's a Maintenance & Management Fee. That is a set rate for us that starts at $75 per month to manage everything on your behalf, keep your website up and running securely, and even make some minor updates as you see fit. We'll keep everything updated and functioning for you so all you need to do is run your business. Our Maintenance & Management plans vary depending on your specific package.
How much will a website cost me?
We've had websites created in two weeks. Typically though we estimate that most of our basic web design projects take about 2 months.
The time frame is very dependent on having an open line of communication and how fast we receive the content you want on the website.
If you have a project that needs to be expedited please contact us directly and we can try to coordinate that deadline with you. Please understand that there are aspects of these projects that are out of our control and so we can not 100% guarantee deadlines.
How long does it create to create a website?
With us, yes. All of our websites are mobile friendly. We feel that every website should be friendly for everyone without being "better" on any one device.
Our websites built using the Wix Studio platform are responsive to all screen sizes. That means depending on the screen size of the user, our designs will automatically move, grow, shrink, or change to look good.
Furthermore, our websites are even more optimized depending on the type of device the viewer is using. That includes desktops/laptops, tablets, or mobile smartphone devices.
This is a standard for all of our websites.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
No. We handle all of that for you. Your hosting service is one of the many things included with your Ai1 Maintenance & Management plan.
You do not need to worry about finding a web host or renewing it. We will keep it active and updated for the duration of your preferred Maintenance & Management term.
With our packages, you can expect state of the art hosting and security.
Do I need to purchase a hosting service?
No. We handle all of that for you. Your domain name is one of the many things included with your Ai1 Maintenance & Management plan.
You do not need to worry about finding a domain name or renewing it. We will keep it active and updated for the duration of your preferred Maintenance & Management term.
If you already have a domain name, we will transfer it over to us and manage it for you. If you don't we will work together to pick a suitable one and acquire it for you.
Do I need to purchase a domain name?
Yes, of course! Websites should look nice but that's not their primary function. Helping your business is. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is essential to making your website useful.
We build your websites, professional business listings, and social media pages with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in mind. We utilize best web design and development practices while adhering to modern guidelines to ensure search engines like Google and Bing view your websites as favorable and relevant.
Currently, we do not offer full monthly Search Engine Optimization (SEO) plans but we plan on doing so in the future.
Will my website be SEO-friendly?
That's our specialty. We'll build you a great website and we won't let it fall apart. Our Maintenance & Management plan includes everything you would need to keep your website running well.
Some of things this includes are domain name costs and renewals, hosting costs and renewals, maintenance through browser and software updates, security, and even minor design tweaks as you see fit.
You shouldn't have to manage your own website. We want you to focus on your expertise while you grow with ours.
Do you handle website maintenance?
Do your best to help us understand you and your business. Our web creation is meant to be an extension of you and the passion you put into your business every day. If we better understand that we can better align our goal at growing your business online.
It is your responsibility to provide us with any and all content including logos, photos, graphics, and any text associated with your company. We may not be able to begin the design process until that stuff is received.
For the actual design process, we can involve you in as much or as little as you want. Our platform allows for a simultaneous and live collaborative workplace directly in the platform where you can view what we are doing in real time and even leave comments for us to modify as we go.
If you want us to handle everything and contact you when the design is complete we can. Then we'll discuss and create a round of revisions if you'd like.
